My opinion: trust your instincts and quit the probiotics if you feel they're causing problems. I know people who can't take them. Many therapies and medicines mentioned on curezone are used and recommended to be used improperly. Probiotics are not a cure-all, and shouldn't be used if they're making your condition worse.

Sometime in the future, consider dropping glutamine, FOS, EDTA. If your condition isn't being considerably improved by these things, they can make problems worse over time. Anything unnecessary should be stopped.

I don't know anything about your history or who diagnosed you, but if the diagnosis is correct, I would recommend checking liver health too.

All of the things you mentioned are signs of excess. If your copper levels are high, consider camu-camu, amalaki, rosehip, and acerola cherry extract. Unless your lead levels have been reliably tested and shown to be through the roof, herbs and diet specific to your other conditions will gradually allow removal - in other words, don't worry too much about it.

Psyllium-bentonite (search google for "psyllium-bentonite eytonsearth" for a guide) may provide some relief from your symptoms - just don't make the mistake of overdoing it.

If you're using marshmallow root capsules, I highly recommend purchasing this in bulk from starwest, frontier, etc and making a light decoction instead. Maybe investigate licorice root, astragalus, and slippery elm as well. Astragalus is great for the immune system, and nearly specific for your bowel condition. (Based on TCM and ayurveda.) If you can handle licorice root, it's great for the mucus membranes and works well against candida. Slippery elm will perform similarly to the marshmallow. Making a decoction out of all of the above isn't a bad idea. Consider boiling a tiny piece of myrrh, frankincense, guggul, or pine resin in the water for 2-10 minutes before adding the herbs. (The myrrh may fully dissolve, so use a smaller amount.) Whatever hasn't dissolved can be saved for next time.

Marrow soup sounds like a good idea to me, and I'm sure it's working well. Meat broth soups in general (without the chunks) should be handy, and consider adding Celery and (if you're not sensitive to it) a little radish.

Consider purchasing some chelated molybdenum to use temporarily. If your copper levels are high, you have bowel issues, you have inflammation problems, and you're sensitive to probiotics, it's possible molybdenum can help. (Deficiency of molybdenum can produce those problems.) If nothing else, the molybdenum will help to reduce copper levels. If you choose to try it, take it for a week or two at a high dose (can be up to even 2000% recommended) and stop to allow the body time to adjust itself again.
