Remove amalgam fillings or extract root canaled teeth?

Hi, I'm 20 years old, been having health issues since a little over a year. Well, I always sort of had minor ones here and there, like a tonsillectomy and appendectomy growing up. Some of my symptoms include:

Severe food allergies (cannot withstand any raw food, it comes out undigested.... dairy, casein, grains, eggs, chicken)
Gastrointestinal problems
Numbness and pain in hands and feet
Weight loss
Parasites
Dizziness
Short of breath
Nausea
No menstrual cycle in 7 months
Tooth decay

These are just from the top of my head.
I'm not here to complain, I am SO GRATEFUL that I know about these holistic remedies, and diet has helped me manage my symptoms A LOT.
But I know I haven't gotten to the root cause -- which I strongly believe is my dental work. I got 2 Amalgams when I was only about 8 years old, so before my 2 surgeries, and my root canals a couple of years after, when I was in my early teens. I only needed them after getting braces. I also had a permanent metal retainer put in after my braces, which I still have today.

Anyways, I've been trying to research and learn more about the threats of root canals and Amalgam and reading a lot of stuff online, thankfully I know a good holistic dentist who I go to....

Does anyone have any advice on which I should do first or any tips? My dentist suggested the extractions first because the area will need 6 or more months to heal before we can replace it with something else. He is suggesting implants because I am "young". But I know those can be bad too! Never am I getting metal in my mouth again. But I heard zirconium might be good?
How would it feel after removing the tooth and not having anything there? Would food get stuck there?

What supplements do I need to take before Amalgam removal and how long before the Amalgam removal should I start them? Basically, I would appreciate any information or tips you may have. Thank you so much.

P.S: I have done a couple of liver flushes.
