What is this!?

Hey everyone,

I'm in need of some help. This has been coming out of my urine only for the past 7 months. It moves around and looks like very small and thin strings/worms. I've been having "interal" itching and crawling feelings for over 2 years after I had a random hive breakout but recently 7 months ago it got a lot worse and it also feels like stings/burns sometimes too. I have terrible brain fog sometimes to the point where I could move somewhere and not really "notice" I've moved until like a second later? Anxiety and irritability as well, and goosebumps and hairs stand up.

I also got this out of my stool when I took DE previously, but I'm assuming it's just mucus or intestinal lining?



This has been causing me a lot of distress and I've been trying to figure out what it could be for a while.
