Breaks inbetween parasite cleanses?

Hm...

I'm about 4 months into my cleansing, I started in 2012, but took a weak herbal formula that just stirred things up and scared me away from the natural route

Im back again and having good success with stronger formulas. I've been taking a good tincture for 4 months straight, about. Recently, I stopped seeing much of anything, at least roundworm wise, so I added another clark type of concentrate on top of the tincture, and it has been producing a lot of dead worms

I'm starting to wonder which approach is best, hitting them hard, and not stopping as MH and Dr. Sutter suggest, OR, doing things the way Humaworm recommends (1 month on and 3 month breaks)

It is just confusing because wouldn't the break themselves create a problem, allowing the infection to grow bigger? If something is not dead why stop?

Opinions? Experiences?
