Re: water fasting long term

Archus I was on one before the 23 days psoriatic Arthritis with degenerative Arthritis in spine but got off during it. I am now taking a different one that I suppose to take every 3 months. In a couple of day it will be 3 months and it has not held and I am suffering severe pain and with inflammation and breakout not being able to get out of bed much, but with fasting feeling much better. That is the only way I know to get rid of inflammation and calm body down. I not only have that problem but am unable to eat at times because of hives and food allergies . Vegan no fat whole plant food is my diet, very clean eating except sometimes I drink coffee. But I have been weening myself off that as well. Tweet
