Could i see ghost images because of dry eyes?

Is it possible to see ghost images because of dry eyes? For example if i look at moon, it shows "fog" around it. Same thing with every white object on black background. I have dry eyes and a lot of floaters, could this be something serious? I see those ghost images in both of my eyes, doesnt help if i just close one eye, there is still ghost images. And i dont know if it haves to do anything with this but i have a white glowing spot in my vision, have had for a month atleast. It comes when i stare something for atleast 3 seconds, its like when you are looking at a bright light and you get that afterimage from it. Its like someone is someone shined bright light to my eye.
