Body Temperature goes down with Vit K2

My mom has very low temperatures in the morning, sometimes as low as 95 F. I give her iodine, selenium, Vit C, arginine, B complex, and a thyroid supplement from Dr. Christopher. As always as the day progresses her temperature goes up and by mid afternoon it's about 98.6. But it never stays that way, as she wakes up again with very low temperature. I was listening to a YT video from Dr. Eric Berg saying that hypothyroidism is more about lack of bile and/or estrogen dominance (high homocysteine). Those with hypothyroidism have low bile.I have been giving my mom something for high homocysteine, a formula with the B's and TMG in it. But I have nothing for her Bile (or would the TMG help with increasing that?) except for a digestive enzyme with HCL and enzymes in it. In any case, I recently have been giving her Vitamin K2 (she's also taking Vit D3 but not calcium) to help with calcium metabolism along with Nattokinase and Serrapeptase but what I noticed is that her body temperature is dropping and she sometimes feels dizzy. I have taken note of the same thing actually (dizziness, headache) and wondering if anyone here has had the same bad side effects? The funny thing is that the plaque at the back of my bottom teeth has disappeared so in that way it looks like I am benefitting. Perhaps it is the Vitamin D3 I'm thinking, but my mom has been taking Vitamin D3 for months and never had this issue until she took Vitamin K2. On one webite, it stated that Vitamin K can lower bile and it would not be good for those with low bile? I wonder if this is the answer ? Anyone know or share the same experience ? Hopefully, it is nothing else or not some kind of bad interaction with something else she is taking. It's so hard to know. I just know that as soon as she took the K2 her body temperature went down.  Does anyone share the same experience or know why ?   Also,  does anyone know if Vitamin K2 is estrogenic?
Thanks
