ivermectin will kill most filarial larvae. to kill the adults you need ivermectin and albendazole and doxycycline take ivermectin daily 7 days on three days off for about 3 months albendazole twice a day 400 mg for 15 days. Doxycycline twice a day for at least 9 weeks.
