Re: Copper vs Mercury

RBC test might be interesting, especially for Cu.

Hg gets stuck in the brain and other vulnerable parts of the body. How does anyone really know what is there?

Symptom clusters along with tests are interesting.

Doing a few months of HM detox to see if there are typical early gains would be ideal but if silver fillings are still present, that might make you much worse. They contain 50% Hg.

A rule of thumb in some detox groups is that a reaction to taking a Hg chelator further suggests the involvement of Hg. Additonal fatigue and brain fog are examples; however a few people actually feel better in some ways when taking chelators.

I was very frustrated by the really poor testing for Hg with current technology.

Dr Mark Hyman describes his long list of symptoms. This is what a person too sick too work might report

However, those who are struggling to work full time will still have a half dozen or more symptoms, usually including poor stress tolerance, reduce intellectual performance, weaker, more fatigued, issues with digestion or chem sensitivities.

R Cartland, an engineer/physicist, is an example of that including lots of fatigue.
