It is akin to saying that people recover using a "natural diet", natural diet also being a generic term.

But you need also to define "recover", since the cancer industry also has specific definitions, "5-year survival rate", etc.

Is not, ingestion of IP6, a natural molecule, also a form of "chemotherapy" ? Surely many studies have shown IP6 to shrink and destroy tumors.
