Joining Royal Marines and Vaccinations

Hi, I am just firing this out because I want answers and advice, I want to join the Royal Marines in 3 years time but I have hit an obstacle with vaccines. For as long as I can remember, my family have said that my younger brother was vaccine damaged, perfectly normal, took the vaccines, never the same again. They say the same thing had happened to me, but I snapped out of it 2 years after taking the vaccines, apparently I fit 2 years worth of social development in about 6 months. Alongside this, they are part of all the anti vaccine groups and communities that share information on businesses. With this information, it makes me think twice about signing on as a Royal Marine. I have no concerns over my ability to pass the tests but the fear of ending up retarded scares me more than the idea of dying. I just would appreciate any ideas, opinions, options, advice or guidance anyone can offer me.
