Dry/Sandy- Eyes

Hello everybody!

I have a weird problem with my eyes.
Sometimes my eyes produce too much tears by itself,and sometimes they get very dry without any reason.
When i'm walking i feel like the wind is getting inside my eyes and dry them out(a weird feeling),
Especially if i'm in a conditioned place.
I also have red vessels in my eyes which i can't get rid off.
I have those problems for years and i'm very desperate for a solution!!
I went to doctors and they always told me that my eyesight is excellent and this is something temporary so they perscribed me those drops to treat the symptoms and not the cause of it.
I'll be very grateful if someone could help me here..
I can't take it anymore..
I can't even look someone in the eyes because of that..
