Re: What is True Healing

What you have noted about the damaged energy system is true. Plus I've found our bodies don't know that all the toxins we ingest or absorb aren't something we do intentionally. They think we're planning on using them later and so squirrel them away. Mine was beyond relieved when it found out it didn't need to store that crap any more---that no, I was not intentionally putting those things in there; we're essentially being sabotaged by the 'elites' who 1)want our money and 2) want us dead, and ever increasing toxicity kills us slowly and painfully enough, they can usually get all our money out of us for treatment of 'diseases' compounded by toxicity before we expire. If they're 'lucky', they can even get the kids to fork over their money for saving dear mum or dad. It's a win/win for them but a total loss for us.

Anyway, via EFT I was able to tell my body, and it happily doesn't store anything that's not for our best good any more and is working on slowly clearing those stored toxins as well. But since it's clearing thru the blood system, if you don't tell it to go slowly, it'll cause blood clots and well, you really don't want those floating around!

So overall, the modality I've found that works best for healing just about anything is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). It makes the whole emotional (and actually purely physical) healing process much faster and a LOT less painful than traditional therapy, plus it takes it out of the realm of mysticism and into the realm of practical application and once you find the right trauma (or even just the right bug or physical reason your whatever hurts), it is usually almost a instant cure/fix.

No hoping it'll work if you pray right or focus energy right--it predictably focuses your energy like a lazer---blam! But make sure you know what to tap for--if you tap and nothing changes, it's because you aren't tapping for the right thing (regardless of what any other person, expert or not, might have 'diagnosed') versus it not working. My impression though is that if you use it for pathogens (bacteria, virus, fungus etc.), you have to tap very regularly, and your body gets too tired after a while to keep focusing your energy like that, So herbal or electronic solutions make a good back up. So it isn't that EFT isn't working in those circumstances, you just need to back off for a while and let your body rest. There might be a way to tap for that too, but I've not really tried. I'd rather let my body rest.

I also discovered muscle testing as a VERY reliable source to get answers. You don't have to have someone always pushing your arm down though--there are plenty of self muscle tests that don't wear you out. My favorite is skin resistance--if before menopause when your skin is moister, you can just rub your fingers together. Us old farts are too dry though so we need to find a spot that doesn't dry out much; for me, it's the side of my forehead. Resistance usually means no and easy gliding means yes. If you pay attention, you'll start to notice sometimes it will glide but with some resistance which I've found to mean some part of of the question isn't true while other parts are--needless to say, the more resistance, the less of it is true. Actually, my chiropractor read about a study that evaluated accuracy of various testing protocol, and muscle testing was one of the most accurate at 90% with lab tests clear down at 70%.

Another important piece I've found (thru plenty of false answers) is you'll want to preface your questioning sessions with noting you're looking for the truth at the highest level of objectivity or you'll end up with false answers because it'll go with what you or society believes or some other 'authority' which may be lying to trick you for some reason.

I actually have a double masters in systems counseling and was beyond skeptical about EFT to begin with--"oh yah, emotional healing that fast--I don't think so" after not only getting my degrees but also 15 years of personal growth work via counseling, ACA and all the other more traditional routes (I'm 60, so I've had plenty of time to try LOTS of things). Since I had a pretty bad childhood, there was lots to work on and it had started manifesting in health issues, of course. Those 15 years before EFT were hell, and geez, I wish I'd known about it then--cult abuse makes some huge disruptions in your energy field, trust me. I know it works wonders--from a lot of personal experience!!

Plus none of that fuzzy 'gotta be holy and righteous' stuff to properly be able to heal yourself. You do have to do the emotional healing eventually (which inevitably leads to greater spiritually I've found), because things will just keep cropping up. When you find the emotional cause though, those kinds of problems stop (like injuries to your leg or health issues related to an organ). So you can tap to get the pain gone enough to actually have the energy to do the emotional healing part--it's extremely hard to care about that kind of work if you're writhing in pain, eh?
