Re: die-off

I wonder if Candex and or D-Mannose might help you as I've heard they work against candida and do not cause bad 'die off' symptoms. I am taking Candex right now and it lessens my symptoms.

Also for your die off symptoms do you take Moly (molybdenum) on going or when really bad Charcoal capsules to help with the die off?

I have never been very successful at dieting to lose weight but candida conditions are strong motivation and by the Grace of God I will be able.
