the goal was to rid me of the ongoing infection from my spider bite. i knocked it down and it just flared back up. and i was losing ground on it.

total reversal. i will never worry again about it. i will do a few more mop ups and once in a while for a boost.

i was told i took in an entire months worth of oxygen my body would normally use. it was a double dose.
