Geographical tongue? Gram negative folliculitis? Pictures

I have these problems, do you thing they are Candida related? I'm 35 years old male. I usually eat an all around healthy Diet but the last two weeks I've been eating according to the autoimmune paleo diet. Mostly fish and meat, some veggies and a glass of mixed berries every day. I also eat omega-3 and quite a lot of coconut oil every day. For the face I tried apple cider vinegar before but now I'm only washing it with Sea Salt water.

1. Tongue problem, I think it is Geographical tongue. I did a yeast test at the doctor and it was positive on normal yeast so she gave me something to swirl in my mouth every day for a month. I think that's when the white layer disappeared but not this stuff. Then I got some weak think to drink against yeast which is the same as women who get yeast in their vagina use. Nothing helped against the tongue. This way of eating almost totally cured my problems with Seborrheic Dermatitis in my face, even though you can still see traces of it.



2. Folliculitis around my mouth and some in the rest of the beard area. Could this be gram negative folliculitis? I've had this since I was around 17 years old and I'm over thirty today.
