Often when women of menstuating age fast their hormones change. This change in the hormonal balance shifts the menstrual cycle.

It can come two weeks early or two weeks later than usual.

Probably you are fine. Just give it several weeks.

Of course if you are pregnant that would be different; and of course if you are worried see a gynocologist.
