Kerri's book-older aggressive children

Good evening. I have a question about Kerri's book. I have downloaded the free online version (2nd edition). Where in the book is the info on older/aggressive/SIB children? I have read a lot of the book but can't find that section. It is not listed as a chapter title. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
