Wow,that is the most helpful post I've read on this site period, maybe too helpful if you know what I mean lol. But seriously, I don't know where to start... The orange juice cleanse sounds like a plan because I love orange juice, also that "elixir" caught my eye and I'll definitely be giving that a go just because it sounds like something out of Harry Potter. Not sure if I could fast for over a month but I'm sure I'll try it one day if that's what it does...

I could look on the darkest corners of the internet, and trust me I do, but nowhere could I find so much information all in one place, thank you :) hopefully this comes up on Google for anyone hoping to find more answers, I'm interested in changing my eating habits too and removing whatever heavy metals I might have left after the DE, thankfully I've never had any fillings. But aluminum is something that's been worrying me the past few years, its everywhere and doesn't get along with our brains very well. Sodium fluoride is another one, the tap water is very hard where I live and very fluoridated. I can't believe these things like GMOs and fluoridated water still go on. It feels like the more we progress, the more we regress...

Ill absolutely be trying a lot of the things you suggested and I remembered that I actually bought some ozonated hemp seed oil last year after reading another post of yours... God is that stuff strong. Is there any way you could explain how it works? Because I wanna start using it again now that I'm out of a lot of my main weapons. Either way, nedless to say, I think I got what I'm looking for now. If I could figure out a way to say thank you again in a whole paragraph, it only seems fitting after that novel of yours lol but its all much appreciated :)
