sex addiction, help, ptst

I'm not sure if this is the right page or even if curezone is the right place. I was told I maybe have PTSD, but I'm not sure. Is it possible for doing negative acting out can be a part of PTSD? I've been reading about sex addiction cuz of things I'm doing and I want to stop but sometimes I just cant. I've been doing stupid things, meeting guys and sometimes girls from like craigslist and other online places. I've been looking for help but everything costs money or is too far.
And idk if this is important but my dad killed himself when I was like 7, mom likes to beat me up and a lot of her old b/fs and other guys have done things.
