I did a 30 day Water Fast and a 10 day Water Fast one year ago. I've also taken nystatin.

Right now I currently take D3, zinc, boron, folic acid, magnesium.

What cofactors am I missing?

Selenium, K2, Sea Salt , what else?

I'm trying to keep sides to a minimum since I battle depression.

Also, what effect does Iodine have on gynecomastia?
