Throbbing/pulsing in pancreas area during coffee enema?

During the last coffee enema, I noticed an odd throb-throb- throb feeling at my pancreatic area. I do CEs about one to two times a week as an alternative to Liver Flushes (magnesium sulfate + diabetes induced by biofilms = Candida crazy overgrowth and brainfog!!).

I know the common bile duct connects to the ducts in the pancreas. I usually just listen for gurgly sounds too see if my coffee has been successful. Is small jumpy sensations (the throbbing) also a part of bile ducts being flushed?
