Charlotte Gerson using castor oil

Well I was not aware that Charlotte uses castor oil on all of her patients.

Like I have said now more than a few times, castor oil is an excellent purgative and a great choice for emergency situations.

If a person is on their deathbed and needs to move their bowels, I supposed castor oil could be a good choice. There might be others, but I would not necessarily question its use there.

However, I do not care how old a person is or how famous they are perceived or what degree of gravitas is bestowed on them by a newb. In healthcare everything is open game and should be looked at logically and critically.

As great as Gerson therapy is, it's not the only great thing in the world, and there are other perspectives, some of which I would easily call better than what Gerson does.

One thing that irks me is when people just blindly pick out famous healers and worship them, not allowing any room for critical thought. I suppose newb is more a state of mind than a lack of knowledge.
