I am sorry, especially because of the kids. I also have one and i know the feeling :(
First of all, dont despair. Sooner or later, but we all get better. Just need to look into different options. Yes the doctors usually dont even listen, and they dont know how to associate the symptoms. They are unfamiliar with parasites.
I did find some alternative therapists, also 1 with a doctor's degree, who are specialized in this. I am still in the diagnostics stage but i am trying many options. The general things, like anti parasitic foods or herbs sound good but it is vital to look for an expert who understands your condition. Self cure is risky business because we are all different and we cannot understand hwo things work. I found the therapists by doing a google search 'natural therapist parasite' (here in europe). These people work in private so they all have a website. Most important is that you should be able to discuss things with this person, and he/she should be open to what you are saying.
First get yourself diagnosed/treated then your kids. My therapist is also treating kids. You will find one, for sure. Just keep looking and dont give up!
