Re: Great, don't waste Your fast!

Hi,
thanks for all the informations. Do you think that during the Water Fast my allergies disappear? I have allergies to pollen and stuff like that (at least in the summer my eczema gets worse).

I already wash myself just with water, so Shampoo and things like that are not a problem. I dont use any cosmetics either (no deodorant, etc). Laundry detergents could be something I react to though.

And when I stop my fasting and introduce eat again: Should I eat for example one day just bread (obviously bread in his most whole form without any additives) and see how I react? If I react bad to it, isnt there a possibility that I react to it like three days later? That would mean, that I have to do a couple of days a waterfast each time after I introduce a new meal?

However my eczema improved on my third day once again. Even though the night was itchy, but not really extreme, my skin improved. And I didnt used any cortisone (I normally use 0,5% hydrocortisone cream) last evening before sleep (on my first and second day I did). I just didnt had the feeling that I have to. The skin on my face seems pretty smooth. Around my knees it got worse, but for example my calves improved also nicely. But I dont want to make me false hopes, maybe it has nothing to do with the water fast.

However, looking forward to the 4nd day!
