"Reasonable Accomodation"

Hello all. I am allergic to the outgassing from the carpeting in my apartment. The mgmt company has been great and is willing to change the flooring. Problem is, my doc would need to sign a "reasonable accommodation" form and he isn't returning my calls about it. He's a fairly new doc to me and I haven't had any MCS triggers under his care until now. I've sent him a detailed email also but I'm not hearing anything. Any suggestions? Tweet
