Possible nerve injury

I recently underwent root canal treatment. They couldn't do it at one time so I had to come back three times until my insurance approved for RC. Over that time I received anesthesia 3 times in the same place. After my first visit where pulpotomy was done and the 2nd visit where pulpectomy occured I started to experience heaviness behind my eye and numbness the side of mt nose and cheek. It is very weird. I don't know what this could be. I found online that anesthesia is neurotoxic and my cause nerve damage. If so then what can I do to reverse it and heal my nerve. Or maybe it something else.
PS: what supplements herbs to take for that and are thee any other ways to numb a tooth for dental work. I have had numerous dental treatments so that means lots of anesthesia. I feel toxic effects of that. Is there a way to detox that from my body especially liver and brain.
