Your lips are talking to you, start listening!

Benvenuto, Roma!

I find this sentence interesting:

"but sometimes redness appears like if they are "trying" to come back, especially when I go out from home. When I'm at home my peeling lips are not as severe as when I go out."

Actually, your lips are talking to you, but you are not listening.

In this single sentence you may be able to find the answer to your problem:

"When I'm at home my peeling lips are not as severe as when I go out."

Find out why is it that your lips are better inside!

Is it the heat your lips react to ?
Dry air?
Humid Air?
Is the air at home colder than the air outside?
Are you drinking more water when at home?

Are your lips sensitive to sunlight ?

Could it be that you are allergic to some pollens?

Have you ever been tested for allergies ?

Maybe it is time to get tested!!!?

You already know you have problem tolerating gluten and milk.

What if the list of the things you have problems tolerating is far longer ?

Sugar ? Can you tolerate Sugar ?
Coffee ?
Food additives ?
Food preservatives ?
Nightshade vegetable like tomatoes ?
Citrus fruits ?
Bananas ?
Grass pollen ?
Laundry detergent ?
Shampoo ?
Cosmetics ?

sulfites ?
sorbates ?
benzoates ?
citrates ?
nitrites ?
nitrates ?

There is a good reason why your lips look better at home, and worse when you are outside!

Anxiety ?
Stress ?

Find out what it is ?

Your lips are talking to you, start listening!
