all is well, follow your body's signals

The weight you gained back was just water replenishment, nothing more. Good now you are hydrated well, hopefully. Don't panic, your body did a good job showing that it was thirstier than you thought and it needs now water to flush autolysed tissue.
I gained 2 lbs in the 6-8 hrs after going back to WF from DF. If you take in account I weigh les and only did DF for 36 hrs, while you did 80+ I think, then it is sort of a rule, I guess.
To me it is clear that you need to continue the WF (no dry for at least 3 wks from now). Just common sense - seemingly you were heavily dehydrated, it was your record time for DF, and you don't want to play with DF, since there are danger in overdoing it - like Thrombosis or artery clogging. You don't want that to be the price for a scale-number looking more satisfactory. At the end of the day you can't loose faster than the speed you can loose. Stop obsessing now about the weight and just enjoy the rejuvenation of your body.
Your brain is in a different mode, just be patient and don't punish yourself for lower performance, as that is to be expected.
