Yes, in Hindu homes you will see "pudhramni" of many gods in one altar. When one takes a path of devotion to one, such as Vaishnavas would only have Lord Krishna and the prayers would be only for him.
Majority homes have many gods in one altar. My dad was Shiva devotee and mom Krishna, they had Sarasvati, Laxmi, Durga and a few more gods and goddesses in one alter.
So be creative.
