Possible roundworm infestation. .. help needed

Ok, this is my first time posting here, although I have looked around quite a bit.
I have a problem. A really disturbing embarrassing problem.
I believe I have a parasite. Not just one single parasite, rather I believe my body is infested with ?.... roundworms?
My problem started a few months ago. I had a large cyst on my ovaries burst. That brought some serious pain. And it lingered. From that moment on, my abdomen has been constantly hurting. Bad diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. Then I had the mother of all "migraines", in one particular spot by my ear and temple. It felt as if my skull was going to explode. I began having a sensation that there was something moving under my skin. It was an odd, unfamiliar feeling. I tried to convince myself that I was just stressed and it would go away. That did not happen. It kept getting worse, and the movement of whatever it is was getting stronger. It goes throughout my entire body. But it mainly hangs out in my head, more specifically my sinuses, my throat and the top of my head. I can feel it when it moves and I experience discomfort when it goes to a region it hasn't been before or at least for a day or so. It is driving me insane. I told my husband but he believes if I tell a doctor they will put me in a psychiatric ward. I do not believe this is psychological at all, but if it is I would accept help. I have felt and heard whatever it is chew on my ear drum on the inside of my body. I sometimes jerk uncontrollably because I believe it has touched a nerve.
What could this be?
Am I crazy?
What could a doctor do to help?
My nerves are shot!
