Cutler does not say much about dentistry other than to get the mercury out before starting to chelate. Besides being in "silver" Amalgam fillings, it is fairly possible that a dentist used some Amalgam under a crown. Unfortunately this does not show up in an Xray. http://onibasu.com/archives/am/56695.html
My impression from reading Cutler over the years is that he is not so anti-root-canal as Dr Hal Huggins was. Cutler seems to suspect that Hg is fouling up the immune system making the body less tolerant of the root canal; however, I don't have a quote.
I've heard enough negatives about root canals that I will avoid them. Dr J Tennant describes how a root canal takes down the voltage on nearby (acupuncture) meridian(s). This then makes it harder for the body to heal organs that are supplied with voltage from that meridian. He says he almost died because of it. He thinks this is involved in many cases of breast cancer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XicmDDmVBs
