When I had them I swabbed several times a day with hydrogen peroxide on a Q Tip and then used ACS nasal spray 2-3 times a day. I still use it once a day as a preventative as those were the hardest ones for me to get rid of. You can also use Tea Tree Oil or Colloidal Silver straight after you use the hydrogen peroxide but that nasal spray was the best! Bought it on Amazon as per the doctor that helped me get better. What also helps is to put 3% hydrogen peroxide in each ear for 10 minutes...lay on your side and squeeze some in your ear off a soaked cotton ball and then do the other side. You will most likely hear/feel strange sensations or like you are underwater but it works wonders! Lay on a towel so,you can drain it out when doing the alternate side.
