Re: Iodine: Why Co-Supplements are so important
ok, but..
if selenium is a "co-supplement" for those taking iodine, that's just a fkn laugh. Why ? Because I could argue just the same that those supplementing selenium without taking its "co-supplement" of iodine, are being ignorant.
Iodine isn't the god of all supplements, it doesn't have underlings, as some bloated ego authors claim. Every thing is a co-thing of every other thing. Water is a co-supplement when drinking alcohol. Don't believe me ? Try chugging some 195 grain alcohol. Salt is a co-supplement of eating meat. Don't believe me ? Try eating any protein at all, without getting any chloride in your body to neutralize it. Oh, also, oxygen is a co-supplement of everything, without breathing you die.
So these dunderheads need to friggin advance up to the 7th grade level, and dismiss this co-supplement bulllshit and look at the bigger picture, the real deal of life, which includes powerful orgassms on a regular basis with a partner who isn't of a 4th grade mind, of course it does, ,,, she's my co-supplement
