I'm about to do probably my 40th cleanse?

I'm questioning it's safety.

Are long term Epsom Salts safe for the kidneys?

Has anyone ever completed these cleanses? If so, any side effects?

It has been a little over 2 years, should I be nearing the end? Do I stop or keep at it?
