Hello - about the items in the white dish that look a bit like peach stones... with the threads. There are 2 identical pics  - that is the picture I am commenting on.. I did the Rise and Shine Bowel Cleanse program about 20 years ago with a group of like-minded health enthusiasts. During that time we did 10 days or so eating 10 kiwi fruit daily in a session - I ate them all at lunch time every day. After a day my bowel wall released the floating FUZZIES which you have pictured here.. I picked them up and they are a bit like a brain encased in a slightly slippery jacket having 2 hemispheres. Others released them too. We put some in a bottle and showed them to a doctor who did colonoscopies - He said "where did you get these" as if we were body snatchers or something! He was very dubious that the body released them itself. He said they were polyps - the things they nip off the bowel wall when doing colonoscopies. When the bowel wall is able to heal where they are released from the body will ejejct them. Different people ejected them later in the week so I suppose my bowel wall was able to clear them faster. Since then I have had the same experience each time I have done the 10 kiwi fruit a day for a week or so. We also released something that looked like yellow corn .. looked like teeth. I can't remember which but either the corn or the fuzzies always appeared before the other. I thought it was odd because I don't ever eat corn so was amazed to see it in the stool sample.
