yep, on one of my MC's, I didn't lose an ounce until day 8.

It varies from person to person and even from Master-Cleanse to Master-Cleanse for each person.

I'm much more interested in how much weight people have KEPT off. I've kept off about 35 lbs. from six MC's varying from 10 days to 21 days. But I probably "lost" more than twice that.
