What vegetable oils?

Olive oil = fruit

Coconut oil = fruit

flax oil = seed

sesame oil = seed

walnut oil = nut

hemp oil = seed

ghee = animal milk fat

These are the oils Andreas would eat and recommend, IMHO. I don't think he would recommend corn oil or the like.
