Cool, I was gonna suggest an enema, seems your system did it on it's own.
Did you do any colon or kidney cleansing? It helps a lot getting the bugs out...good luck.

p.s. oral castor oil helps a lot! 1T. at night followed by warm water for 6-21 days. AND pumpkin seed looking things are said to be dog tapeworm.
