My friend's partner was treated with intravenous Ivermectin for two weeks straight in the UK. It cured her.
The only problem was that the infestation started up again months later, as she did not realise to do maintenance dosing of Ivermectin every six months.
Both her and my friend had disseminated Riverblindness worms we believe and they both intend to take Ivermectin orally very six months for life.
They were mainly in their skin.
