You cant follow two protocols so you will need to make a decision if u want to do ICU's protocol or the drug.com recommendation. With a faulty liver you are hard to advise. Your liver would need monitoring while on meds. Many on this forum have taken tons of the fish prazi in desperation and large amounts. If you are worried abt your liver then you may need to seek a doc.
