Is Smelling Smoke A Die-Off Symptom?
I still have a lot of reading to do on Candida, but I've been experiencing the smell of cigarette smoke (or sometimes the smell of crayons) when there isn't anyone smoking near me.
I also have had a sore throat for the past couple days, which I would normally cure with ginger tea and honey (but obviously wont), and this morning, my right ear felt congestion and my right eye would not stop crying. Just my right. Is this all part of the Candida die off? Can I ignore these weird symptoms and just ride it out?
I've been taking 1 probiotic pill a day and consuming a lot of virgin coconut oil, radishes and raw garlic multiple times a day while I read up on the forums and try to take in all this Candida information so I can plan my attack. For the past few days I've experienced some disconnect here and there. I thought I should push through this sensation and keep taking the antifungal foods but now I wonder if I'm going too fast?
If anyone can shed some light on the 'smoke smell', I'd really appreciate it.
