Important note on candida die offs and healing crises

Hi all, I apologize for not replying to mails, we just came back from the best vacation ever! I noticed many posts about candida die offs which we all know and I personally used to have the worst ones before I healed with high fever and scary tremors, so just my 2 cents - cleanse your colon before you start your candida cleanse so all the toxic from the candida will be out of your body faster. the more time it stays in your body - the more you suffer from die offs.
