Thank you so much for raising awareness about unhealthy practices. A far as I know, the best place to go is "True North Health Center" in California.
I believe I read another negative feedback about Bidwell few weeks ago. Too bad the story repeated itself.
In this forum we largely fast at home, but there are also people who ask for a supervision advice, so your unfortunate experience would be a big warning for them. Hopefully no one ever goes at Bidwell's site; her model of work is extremely inappropriate, and straight-out dangerous.
