Round floating dark ball like things found in stool along with other things... Help ID Please!

The past day or so I've had some bloating and stomach pain. Felt like I had the urge to have to use the restroom, but never could. Even after fasting for a day my stomach still had the fullness feeling and a dull pain.

This morning I was able to pass a stool and I looked around a bit in it, and a lot of dark round balls started floating up to the top. They look somewhat like blueberries, but I haven't eaten any for a very long time. There were a few other things I pulled out as well.
