And you are correct about the color. I was looking at the wrong product entirely.

That said, 500ppm wouldn't be amber either. But more along the lines of black in color given the density of the particulate.

As for a good brand of silver, the answer is simple: The one that you make yourself :)

IOW. build (or buy) yourself a generator and make your own CS for pennies a gallon. At which point, you'll know exactly what you're getting and save a fortune in the process.
