As DL mentioned these are symptoms of fasting. Most fasters go through this.
Congrats on 14 days of fasting with water only.
1. Drink warm water
2. Rest plenty, no strenuous work
3. Do deep breathing by sitting straight and filling up you abdomin by bringing the diaphragm up and down. Check out Indra Devi's breathing technique, I am not sure but Sadhguru also has a video on it.
4. Make sure you are breathing from your nose and not your mouth.
5. Rub Castor oil on your chest and use warm water bottle on your chest for 5-10 minutes twice a day.
