Any other tests needed?

I've had the following tests done and they've come out negative:

SIBO (with fructose and then glucose)
Hpylori
Colonscopy
Endoscopy with a biopsy
Celiac (breath and DNA testing)

Is there a test you've taken that's solved the mystery of your fecal odor problem that hasn't been mentioned above? I'm having a TMAU test done in about 3 months.

As for the teeth, I've been to 3 dentists and they say it's my stomach that's causing the fecal odor.

When the ear nose and throat doctor did an CT scan, he found a cyst below the gumline underneath the rear molar. Could that be causing the odor? I don't feel any pain on my teeth.

I just can't afford the dentists and the doctors at the same time. Has anyone had a cyst below a tooth that caused the fecal odor?

My mouth starts feeling dry and tastes bitter when the fecal odor is emitted from my mouth. I can't smell it but those are tall tail signs.

The odor is usually from my mouth up.
