I think I have Demodex Mites Please help I am new to this

Well I thought I have tried everything for my hair loss, itchy scalp, and dandruff. Nothing has worked, then I came across demodex mites. This is what I believe I have.

My symptoms are as follows:
-Itchy skin especially on scalp and eyebrows, then my face and somewhat all over my body
-Hair loss (both on scalp, eyebrows, and eyelashes)
-Dandruff
-the feeling of crawling all over my scalp and eyebrows

Are the above symptoms of Demodex?

I only shampoo with natural products and only twice a week. I eat healthy and exercise. I eat a non processed food diet. I am a male in my early 30's.

What is the best action I can take to get rid of these demodex mites fast?

I also have 2 cats and 2 dogs (if that matters) and a wife and daughter. Do I have to treat everybody including my animals?
