Identification/help

Hello everyone,

Been a few weeks now after having scattering due to herbs. Tried some meds, but I'm not sure what I'm fighting. The pain in my right thigh and left thigh and knees still really hurts and at night I still have crawling/slithering sensations mostly in my right arm, back and in the neck/head/ears. It feels so swollen! Can't sleep very properly too. I also have a dry mouth and gray/white lesions in my mouth.

Anyway, I took these pictures, one is from a ''red vein'' thingie in my right thigh. There's a lesion there now and the skin there is thick/swollen, should be quite easy to see what the hell is wrong with it with some sort of echo/ultrasound, but alas, doctors refuse to look into it and say it's probably a vein or muscle.

The other is from my other leg, bizarre. Veins don't look like that. Both vanished now and both spots still hurt like hell around them now and then.

Can anyone identify, what are these? maybe this can help in fighting this more effectively. Thanks in advance.
